# Ingredients:

01 - Russet potatoes (2)
02 - Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
03 - Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
04 - Onion powder (1 teaspoon)
05 - Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
06 - Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)

→ Topping

07 - Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)
08 - Fresh parsley (for serving)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F according to manufacturer instructions.
02 - Wash and dry potatoes. Cut into 1/4-inch wide strips, then cut each strip into 1/4-inch wide fries.
03 - Place potato strips in a large bowl of room temperature water. Soak for 15-30 minutes.
04 - Wash potatoes again and dry thoroughly.
05 - In a mixing bowl, combine fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
06 - Transfer fries to air fryer basket. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket several times to ensure even cooking.
