                Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.

                In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder to make the spice mixture.

                Brush both sides of each tilapia fillet with the olive oil and spice mixture until fully coated.

                Place tilapia fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, not touching. Cook for 6–8 minutes, until lightly browned and flakes easily with a fork.

                Remove from air fryer. Optionally squeeze lemon wedges over the fillets and garnish with parsley before serving.
