# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tilapia fillets (5 oz each)
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning (with salt; add 3/4 tsp sea salt if unsalted)
04 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 medium lemon, sliced into wedges (optional)
07 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
02 - In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder to make the spice mixture.
03 - Brush both sides of each tilapia fillet with the olive oil and spice mixture until fully coated.
04 - Place tilapia fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, not touching. Cook for 6–8 minutes, until lightly browned and flakes easily with a fork.
05 - Remove from air fryer. Optionally squeeze lemon wedges over the fillets and garnish with parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Cook in batches if your air fryer basket is small to avoid overcrowding.
02 - Tilapia can be cooked from frozen by adding 1–2 more minutes to the cook time.
03 - Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 350°F for 2 minutes to maintain crispiness.
