# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups blanched almond flour
02 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
03 - 1 large egg, beaten

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix the almond flour and sea salt. Add the beaten egg and stir until a dough forms. You can also use a food processor for mixing.
03 - Place the dough between two large sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a thin rectangle, about 1/16 inch thick. If it rolls into an oval, tear and reshape to form a rectangle.
04 - Cut the dough into rectangular shapes and prick each cracker with a fork or toothpick if desired. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 8–12 minutes, until the crackers are golden and crisp.

# Notes:

01 - Let the crackers cool completely before storing to keep them crispy.
02 - You can freeze the crackers for up to 6 months with parchment between layers.
