                Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

                In a large bowl, mix the almond flour and sea salt. Add the beaten egg and stir until a dough forms. You can also use a food processor for mixing.

                Place the dough between two large sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a thin rectangle, about 1/16 inch thick. If it rolls into an oval, tear and reshape to form a rectangle.

                Cut the dough into rectangular shapes and prick each cracker with a fork or toothpick if desired. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 8–12 minutes, until the crackers are golden and crisp.
