                Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and set it aside.

                Boil the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.

                In a large skillet, cook and crumble the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.

                In a large bowl, mix together the tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, dried onion flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

                Stir in the cooked noodles and beef into the sauce mixture until well combined. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

                Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes. If the top is getting too dry or crispy, cover loosely with foil and finish baking.

                Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top before serving. Pairs perfectly with garlic bread and salad.
