Tasty Burger Rollups Snack (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat and Seasoning

01 - Ground beef (1 lb / 450g)
02 - Taco seasoning mix (1 packet)
03 - Water (1/2 cup)
04 - Bacon strips (6, cooked and crumbled)

→ Dough and Cheese

05 - Refrigerated pizza dough (1 tube, 16 oz)
06 - Shredded cheddar or American cheese (1 1/2 cups)

→ Garlic Butter Topping

07 - Unsalted butter (4 tbsp, melted)
08 - Garlic cloves (2, minced)
09 - Fresh parsley (1 tbsp, chopped - optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens. Set aside to cool slightly.
02 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a large rectangle (about 10×15 inches).
03 - Spread the seasoned beef evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheese over the beef. Tightly roll the dough from one long side into a log, pinching the edges to seal.
04 - Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush the tops of the rollups generously.
05 - Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rollups are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
