In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens. Set aside to cool slightly.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a large rectangle (about 10×15 inches).

Spread the seasoned beef evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheese over the beef. Tightly roll the dough from one long side into a log, pinching the edges to seal.

Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush the tops of the rollups generously.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rollups are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
