Moist Homemade Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - All-purpose flour (2 cups)
02 - Baking soda (1 teaspoon)
03 - Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
04 - Brown sugar (3/4 cup)

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - Butter (1/2 cup)
06 - Eggs (2 large, beaten)
07 - Overripe bananas (2 1/3 cups, mashed)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
03 - In a separate large bowl, beat brown sugar and butter with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
04 - Stir eggs and mashed bananas into the butter-sugar mixture until well blended.
05 - Gently stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
06 - Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for approximately 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
07 - Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

01 - Best made with very ripe, almost black bananas for maximum flavor
02 - Tastes wonderful when toasted
03 - Can be stored wrapped at room temperature for 3-4 days
