Crispy Bang Bang Chicken Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1½ pounds thin sliced chicken breasts
02 - Kosher salt, black pepper and garlic powder for seasoning

→ Breading Station

03 - ½ cup flour
04 - ¼ cup cornstarch
05 - 1 cup buttermilk
06 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 2 cups Panko bread crumbs
09 - Vegetable or canola oil for frying

→ Assembly

10 - 12 slices mozzarella cheese
11 - 12 slider rolls
12 - Bang Bang Sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Set up flour mixture, buttermilk mixture, and breadcrumbs in three bowls.
02 - Dredge chicken in flour, then buttermilk mixture, then breadcrumbs, pressing to coat well.
03 - Cook in oil over medium heat, 2-3 minutes per side until 165°F internal temperature.
04 - Cut chicken, place on buns with mozzarella while warm. Top with bang bang sauce.

01 - Can keep warm in 325°F oven
02 - Serve sauce at room temperature
03 - Check chicken is cooked through
