08 - Refrigerated biscuits (1 can, 8-count, not flaky)

→ Topping

09 - Unsalted butter (1/4 cup, melted)
10 - Garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon)
11 - Sesame seeds (2 teaspoons)

→ Serving

12 - Fry sauce (for dipping)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 10-inch oven-safe skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion. Break up the beef as it cooks. Once beef starts to brown, add hamburger seasoning, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Cook until beef is fully browned and no longer pink. Drain excess grease if necessary.
03 - Remove biscuits from the can and place on a clean work surface. Using a rolling pin, flatten each biscuit into a 5-inch circle about 1/8-inch thick.
04 - Add 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese to the center of each flattened biscuit. Top with about 1/3 cup of ground beef mixture and 1 tablespoon of diced pickles (if using).
05 - Carefully pinch the edges of each biscuit together to seal the filling inside. Place sealed biscuits seam-side down in the prepared oven-safe skillet, evenly spaced.
06 - Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush the tops of the biscuits with the garlic butter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
07 - Bake for 23-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
08 - Let cheeseburger bombs cool slightly. Serve warm with fry sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Use non-flaky biscuits for best results
02 - Can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving
03 - Great for appetizers or a fun main course
