05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
07 - 1/4 cup sour cream
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1/4 cup ketchup
10 - 2 tablespoons mustard
11 - 1 sheet pie crust or puff pastry

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pie crust or puff pastry and place it into a greased 9-inch round cake pan, trimming any excess dough.
02 - In a bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Press this mixture evenly over the pastry in the cake pan.
03 - Bake the beef and pastry for 15 minutes. Carefully drain any excess grease from the pan and return to your workspace.
04 - In a separate bowl, mix together shredded cheddar, cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard until smooth and well combined.
05 - Spread the cheese mixture over the beef. Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the pastry is golden.
06 - Let the dish cool for about 5 minutes, then carefully invert it onto a plate to serve 'upside-down' style.
