Copycat Fast Food Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Potatoes

01 - Large potatoes (3)
02 - Olive oil
03 - Salt (to taste)
04 - Black pepper (to taste)
05 - Garlic powder
06 - Paprika

→ Ground Beef

07 - Ground beef (1 pound)
08 - Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
09 - Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
10 - Chili powder (2 teaspoons)
11 - Cumin (1 teaspoon)
12 - Dried cilantro (1 teaspoon)
13 - Paprika (1 teaspoon)
14 - Water (1/2 cup)
15 - Minced garlic (1 tablespoon)

→ Burrito Assembly

16 - Burrito-size flour tortillas (5)
17 - Nacho cheese
18 - Taco sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into small cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
02 - Air fry potatoes at 400°F for about 25 minutes, shaking occasionally to ensure even cooking.
03 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, and paprika. Drain excess grease if needed. Add 1/2 cup water and stir.
04 - Lay out a large tortilla. Add nacho cheese, ground beef, taco sauce, crispy potatoes, and top with more nacho cheese. Roll into a burrito.
05 - Cook burritos in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown on the outside.
