Cheesy Mexican Bean Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
02 - 1 cup sour cream
03 - 2 (16-ounce) cans refried beans
04 - 1 (7-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
05 - 1 package taco seasoning mix

→ Cheese & Garnish

06 - 4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
07 - Green onions, chopped
08 - Sliced black olives

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave cream cheese and sour cream 1 minute until softened. Whisk until smooth.
02 - Add beans, chiles, taco seasoning, and 2 cups cheese. Mix well.
03 - Spread in greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
04 - Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with green onions and olives.
