                Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

                In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

                Spread the chicken mixture on parchment into a flat rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.

                Layer the ham slices on top, followed by the Swiss cheese.

                Carefully roll up the mixture into a loaf, enclosing the ham and cheese. Place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.

                Spoon marinara sauce over the top of the loaf. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
