Chicken Cordon Bleu Meatloaf (Print Version)

01 - 1 lb ground chicken
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/4 cup milk
05 - 1 egg
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 4 slices ham
11 - 4 slices Swiss cheese
12 - 1/2 cup marinara sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
03 - Spread the chicken mixture on parchment into a flat rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
04 - Layer the ham slices on top, followed by the Swiss cheese.
05 - Carefully roll up the mixture into a loaf, enclosing the ham and cheese. Place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
06 - Spoon marinara sauce over the top of the loaf. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

# Notes:

01 - Add extra breadcrumbs on top before baking for a crispier crust.
02 - Pairs well with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
