Grilled Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 large 10-inch flour tortillas
02 - ½ head iceberg lettuce (about 4 cups chopped)
03 - 1¼ cup diced tomatoes (about ¾ beef steak tomato)
04 - 16 oz grilled chicken breast strips
05 - 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend/Colby jack)
06 - 3 oz crunchy tortilla strips (or crushed tortilla chips)

→ Sauces

07 - ½ cup ranch dressing
08 - ½ cup Taco Bell Creamy Chipotle Sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Grate the cheese, chop the lettuce, and dice the tomatoes. Lay out all ingredients.
02 - Top each flour tortilla with ½ cup cheese, ½ cup chicken strips, 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce, 1 tablespoon ranch dressing, ½ cup lettuce, 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes, and ⅓ cup tortilla strips.
03 - Tuck in the sides and roll up into a burrito.
04 - Grill in a preheated skillet over medium heat on all sides until golden and crispy.

01 - Can use Mexican blend or Colby jack cheese instead of cheddar
02 - Crushed tortilla chips can substitute for tortilla strips
