16 - Spaghetti (cooked al dente)
17 - Sharp cheddar cheese (finely shredded)
18 - White onions (diced)
19 - Kidney beans (cooked)
20 - Oyster crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Place ground beef in a large heavy-bottom pot or Dutch oven. Pour 2 cups of cold water over the beef, ensuring it's fully submerged. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently and breaking beef into very fine crumbles. Boil gently until beef is cooked through, about 30 minutes.
02 - Add chopped onions, tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and chocolate (if using) to the cooked beef. Stir well to combine.
03 - Stir in chili powder, salt, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, allspice, and cloves. Ensure spices are evenly distributed.
04 - Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and partially cover with a lid, leaving a small gap for steam. Simmer for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Add water a few tablespoons at a time if the chili becomes too thick.
05 - After 3 hours, taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
06 - Serve hot over cooked spaghetti. Top with optional garnishes like shredded cheese, diced onions, cooked kidney beans, and oyster crackers.
