Creamy Ranch Chicken Penne (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound penne pasta
02 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
03 - ¾ cup bacon, cooked and chopped

→ Sauce

04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
06 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
07 - ½ cup chicken broth
08 - ½ cup heavy cream

→ Aromatics & Garnish

09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
10 - ½ onion, diced
11 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
13 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Cook penne according to package until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
03 - Add cream cheese and ranch seasoning, stir until smooth. Add broth and cream gradually.
04 - Mix in chicken, half the bacon, and cheddar until cheese melts. Toss with pasta.
05 - Top with remaining bacon and parsley before serving.
