Cheesecake Swirl Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 1 large egg
02 - ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
03 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
04 - ¼ cup liquid coconut oil (or canola/vegetable)
05 - ¼ cup sour cream
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
07 - 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large)
08 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
09 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
10 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
11 - Pinch of salt (optional)

→ Cream Cheese Filling

12 - 1 large egg
13 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
14 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
15 - 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 9x5-inch loaf pan.
02 - Mix egg, sugars, oil, sour cream, and vanilla. Add bananas. Fold in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt just until combined.
03 - Mix egg, cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth.
04 - Pour 2/3 bread batter in pan. Add cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining batter.
05 - Bake 48-50 minutes until golden and set. Tent with foil if browning too quickly.
