# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 3 cups finely chopped broccoli florets
02 - 3 cups finely chopped cauliflower florets
03 - 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
04 - 1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
05 - 1/2 cup diced red onion
06 - 10 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
07 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

→ Dressing Option 1 (Ranch Style)

08 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
09 - 1/2 cup sour cream, kefir, or Greek yogurt
10 - 2 tablespoons dry Ranch seasoning mix (or to taste)

→ Dressing Option 2 (No Ranch)

11 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
12 - 1/2 cup sour cream, kefir, or Greek yogurt
13 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
14 - 1/4 cup honey, softened or warmed
15 - 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, corn, red onion, chopped bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - In a separate bowl, mix together mayo and sour cream (or kefir/yogurt). Add Ranch seasoning mix to taste, starting with 2 tablespoons. Stir until well blended.
03 - In another bowl, combine mayo, sour cream (or kefir/yogurt), lemon juice, softened honey, and salt. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Add more salt if needed.
04 - Gradually add your preferred dressing to the salad mixture. Toss until everything is well coated. Chill before serving for best flavor.
