Slow Cooker Pierogi & Kielbasa (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 packages Mrs. T's Cheddar Pierogies
02 - 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
03 - 4 cups chicken broth

→ Dairy

04 - 8 oz block cream cheese
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Seasonings

06 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In 4-6 quart crockpot, add 3 cups chicken broth, frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir to distribute evenly.
02 - Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours to blend flavors.
03 - 30 minutes before finishing, warm cream cheese with remaining 1 cup chicken broth in microwave or stovetop. Whisk until smooth.
04 - Pour cream cheese mixture into crockpot and stir well. Top with remaining cheddar cheese. Cover and cook on low 30 more minutes until cheese melts.

01 - Can use frozen pierogies directly in crockpot
02 - Optional garnish with sliced green onions
