# Ingredients:

→ Cruffin Dough

01 - 1 sheet of puff pastry
02 - 1/4 cup sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
04 - 1/4 cup melted butter
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

→ Topping

06 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
02 - On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into an even sheet.
03 - In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Evenly sprinkle this mixture over the puff pastry.
04 - Using a pastry brush, lightly coat the surface of the pastry with melted butter.
05 - Tightly roll up the dough from one end to the other. Slice the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces.
06 - Place each dough piece into a greased muffin cup. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
07 - Let the cruffins cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar. If desired, drizzle with vanilla extract for added flavor.
08 - Enjoy warm with a cup of coffee or tea for a perfect breakfast or dessert.
