Cheesy Dill Pickle Focaccia (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 cup warm water (105-115°F)
02 - 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
03 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
04 - ⅓ cup (72g) extra virgin olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
07 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
08 - 2½ cups (312.5g) all-purpose flour

→ Sauce

09 - ¾ cup (172.5g) sour cream
10 - ¼ cup (58g) mayonnaise
11 - 2 tablespoons whole milk
12 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
13 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
14 - ½ teaspoon dill weed
15 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
16 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

→ Toppings

17 - 25-30 dill pickle slices
18 - 2 cups (226g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
19 - Fresh dill for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Mix water, yeast, and sugar. Add oil mixture and flour. Let rise 1 hour.
02 - Mix all sauce ingredients until well combined.
03 - Press dough into oiled cast iron skillet. Top with sauce, pickles, and cheese.
04 - Cook at 450°F for 22-25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with dill.
