Pickle Ranch Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Marinade & Wings

01 - 2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed
02 - 1 cup dill pickle juice
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ For Serving

09 - Ranch dressing

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix together dill pickle juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
02 - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
04 - Serve the wings hot with ranch dressing on the side.

# Notes:

01 - For best flavor, marinate the wings overnight.
02 - Pat the wings dry before baking if you prefer extra crispy skin.
03 - These wings also work well in an air fryer at 400°F for 18–20 minutes.
