# Ingredients:

01 - Ground beef (1 1/2 pounds)

03 - Onion (1, chopped)
04 - Milk (1 cup)

→ Glaze

08 - Ketchup (1/3 cup)
09 - Brown sugar (2 tablespoons)
10 - Prepared mustard (2 tablespoons)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, milk, bread crumbs, and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly but avoid overmixing.
03 - Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it evenly.
04 - In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard until well combined.
05 - Pour the glaze over the meatloaf, spreading it evenly across the top.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is no longer pink in the center.
07 - Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
