Classic Creamy Egg Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Eggs

01 - Large eggs (8)

→ Dressing

02 - Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
03 - Green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
04 - Prepared yellow mustard (1 teaspoon)
05 - Paprika (1/4 teaspoon)
06 - Salt (to taste)
07 - Black pepper (to taste)

# Instructions:

01 - Place eggs in a saucepan and cover completely with cold water. Bring water to a boil, then immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.
02 - Remove eggs from hot water. Cool completely, then peel and chop into small pieces.
03 - Place chopped eggs in a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, chopped green onions, and mustard. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
04 - Stir ingredients together thoroughly. Serve on your favorite bread, crackers, or salad greens.
