                Heat your oven to 425°F. Butter a 9x13 inch baking pan and set aside.

                Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar until it's completely dissolved and smooth. Pour this mixture into your buttered pan and spread it evenly.

                Spread your bread cubes over the brown sugar mixture in an even layer.

                In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour this all over the bread, making sure every piece gets soaked. Sprinkle the top with remaining cinnamon and brown sugar.

                Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top. If you like, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
