# Ingredients:

01 - Butter (1 cup, divided)
02 - Onion (1, minced)
03 - Garlic (1 tablespoon, minced)
04 - Tomato sauce (1 15-ounce can)
05 - Heavy cream (3 cups)
06 - Salt (2 teaspoons)
07 - Cayenne pepper (1 teaspoon)
08 - Garam masala (1 teaspoon)

→ Chicken

09 - Skinless, boneless chicken breast (1 1/2 pounds, cut into bite-sized chunks)
10 - Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
11 - Tandoori masala (2 tablespoons)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced onion and garlic. Cook slowly until onions caramelize to a dark brown, about 15 minutes.
03 - In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine cream, tomato sauce, remaining butter, salt, cayenne pepper, and garam masala. Bring to a simmer.
04 - Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the caramelized onions.
05 - Toss chicken with vegetable oil until coated. Season with tandoori masala and spread out on a baking sheet.
06 - Bake chicken in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 12 minutes.
07 - Add cooked chicken to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
