Layered Ground Beef Taco Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 pounds ground beef
02 - 1 onion, chopped
03 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 envelope taco seasoning
05 - ¼ cup water

→ Layers

06 - 5 (8-inch) flour tortillas
07 - 1½ cups salsa
08 - 1 can (12 ounces) corn, drained
09 - 2 cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded

→ Optional Garnishes

10 - Green onions, sliced
11 - Tomatoes, chopped
12 - Fresh cilantro
13 - Shredded lettuce
14 - Sour cream

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch springform pan with nonstick spray.
02 - Brown beef with onion, drain fat. Add garlic, taco seasoning, water, corn, and salsa. Cook 5 minutes.
03 - Layer tortillas with meat mixture and cheese, making 4 layers. Top with final tortilla and cheese.
04 - Bake 20 minutes. Rest 10 minutes before removing from pan.
