Quick Ramen Noodle Stir-Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 packs instant ramen noodles, seasoning discarded
02 - ½ cup cooked chicken or tofu, cubed

→ Vegetables

03 - ½ cup carrots, julienned
04 - ½ cup snap peas
05 - ½ cup bell peppers, julienned

→ Sauce

06 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
09 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare ramen according to package, discarding seasoning. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat oil in skillet over medium-high. Cook carrots, peas, and peppers 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
03 - Add chicken/tofu, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
04 - Add noodles and toss until well coated with sauce.
