                Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

                In a skillet over medium heat, cook the onion, bell pepper, and garlic for about 5 minutes until softened. Add the shrimp and cook for another 3–4 minutes, just until pink. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

                In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the shrimp mixture and half of the cheddar cheese.

                Place the pre-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish. Pour the filling into the crust and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.

                Bake for 30–35 minutes until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
