                Heat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners or give it a light greasing.

                Whisk together your flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.

                In another bowl, combine your milk, melted butter, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.

                Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and stir just until combined. Fill your muffin cups about ¾ full with the batter.

                Mix up your cinnamon sugar, then dip the warm muffin tops first in melted butter, then in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
