Glazed Fried Peach Pies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 2 boxes (14.1 oz each) refrigerated pie crust

→ Filling

02 - 1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling
03 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

→ Glaze and Wash

04 - 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
05 - ¼ cup milk
06 - 1 egg white, beaten

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Let pie crusts reach room temperature. Dice peach filling and mix with cinnamon.
02 - Cut 4-inch circles from pie crusts. Place 1 tablespoon filling in center of each. Fold, seal edges with fork, and add vent hole.
03 - Brush with beaten egg white. Bake on parchment-lined sheet for 15 minutes until brown.
04 - Mix powdered sugar and milk. Dip warm pies in glaze, coating completely. Let set 5 minutes.
