→ Optional Toppings

11 - Powdered sugar
12 - Chocolate drizzle
13 - Whipped cream
14 - Strawberry sauce or jam
15 - Vanilla ice cream

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
02 - Spread the cheesecake filling on one slice of bread. Top with sliced strawberries, then place another slice of bread on top. Gently press the edges to seal. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
03 - In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon (if using).
04 - Heat the butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coat both sides, and let the excess drip off. Fry each sandwich for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
05 - While still warm, roll or sprinkle each sandwich with granulated sugar for a sweet finish.
06 - Serve warm with your favorite toppings like powdered sugar, chocolate drizzle, whipped cream, jam, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

# Notes:

01 - These taste like a crispy cheesecake-stuffed French toast.
02 - They’re best served fresh and warm for the perfect texture.
