Crispy Fried Cheese Ravioli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 25 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1 cup milk, room temperature
04 - 2 large eggs, room temperature

→ Coating

05 - 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
06 - ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
07 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
08 - ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
09 - ¼ teaspoon pepper

→ For Cooking & Serving

10 - Vegetable oil for frying
11 - Fresh parsley for garnish
12 - Marinara sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Set up flour, egg-milk mixture, and seasoned bread crumbs in separate dishes.
02 - Dip ravioli in flour, then egg mixture, then bread crumbs. Place on lined baking sheet.
03 - Spray with cooking spray, air fry at 350°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
04 - Freeze breaded ravioli 30 minutes. Fry in 350°F oil 2-3 minutes per batch until golden.
