Easy Garlic Butter Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (8 oz each)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 5 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth

→ Seasonings

06 - 2 teaspoons sea salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
10 - 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
11 - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and dried herbs (thyme, oregano, rosemary, and parsley).
02 - Heat olive oil in a large stainless steel skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer and sear for 4-8 minutes per side, until golden and just barely cooked through. If it starts to brown too much, reduce heat to medium. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
03 - Add the butter and chicken broth to the pan. As the butter melts, scrape the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon to deglaze. Reduce heat to low, add the minced garlic and saute for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
04 - Return the chicken to the pan. Flip once or twice to coat in sauce. If needed, heat for 1-2 minutes until warm. Serve the garlic butter chicken with the pan juices spooned over it.
