Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf (Print Version)

01 - 1 lb lean ground chicken
02 - 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease or line a baking dish.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined—don’t overwork it.
03 - Form the mixture into a loaf shape in the baking dish. Spread the ketchup over the top of the loaf.
04 - Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
05 - Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

01 - For extra flavor, sprinkle more Parmesan on top before baking.
