                Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease or line a baking dish.

                In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined—don’t overwork it.

                Form the mixture into a loaf shape in the baking dish. Spread the ketchup over the top of the loaf.

                Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

                Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
