Crispy Garlic Parmesan Wedges (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
02 - 4 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 teaspoons salt
04 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
05 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
06 - ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

→ Optional Toppings

07 - Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
08 - Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet and set aside.
02 - Place potato wedges in large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat. In small bowl whisk together salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
03 - Sprinkle potato wedges with shredded cheese, tossing to coat, then sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
04 - Arrange potato wedges on prepared baking sheet in a single layer with skin-sides-down. Bake for 25-35 minutes until fork-tender and golden.
05 - Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley if desired and serve with dressing for dipping.
