01 - 2 (10 oz) packages frozen corn, thawed
02 - 3 tablespoons butter
03 - 2 tablespoons honey
04 - 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
06 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, sauté the thawed corn for about 5 minutes, or until soft and heated through.
02 - Add the butter and honey to the skillet. Stir well until both melt and coat the corn evenly.
03 - Add softened cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cream cheese is fully melted and combined into a creamy sauce.
04 - Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Serve hot as a side dish.

# Notes:

01 - Add chopped parsley, green onions, or chives for a pop of color.
02 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese at the end for an extra rich finish.
