Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Salmon

01 - 1 pound fresh salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized cubes
02 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

→ For the Honey Garlic Glaze

03 - 2 tablespoons butter, divided
04 - 2 tablespoons golden honey
05 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
06 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or chives, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Cut your salmon into nice bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces. Season them all over with salt and pepper.
02 - Get your skillet hot over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add those salmon bites and let them sear for 2-3 minutes per side until they're just cooked through. Set them aside for now.
03 - In that same skillet, melt your remaining butter and toss in the minced garlic. Let it cook just until fragrant - about 30 seconds. Now add your honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Let this simmer for 1-2 minutes until it starts getting sticky and gorgeous.
04 - Add those seared salmon bites back to the pan and gently toss them in that amazing glaze. Let them cook for just another minute so they can soak up all that flavor.
05 - Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve them up while they're hot and glazed to perfection!

# Notes:

01 - Perfect as both a main dish over rice or as an impressive appetizer
02 - Best served immediately while the glaze is sticky and warm
03 - Try to cut salmon pieces uniformly for even cooking
