# Ingredients:

→ Wraps

01 - 4 large tortillas (burrito-size)
02 - 10–12 frozen chicken tenders, good quality
03 - 8 thin slices provolone cheese
04 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
05 - 2–3 cups green leaf lettuce, thinly sliced
06 - 1/2 cup julienned carrots
07 - 1 small cucumber, cubed
08 - Dill pickle chips, to taste
09 - Green onions, chopped, for garnish

→ Spicy Honey Mustard Dressing

10 - 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
11 - 3 tablespoons mayo
12 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
13 - 2 tablespoons honey
14 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
15 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
16 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
17 - 1 teaspoon sriracha or hot sauce (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk all dressing ingredients together until smooth. Adjust seasoning with extra salt, pepper, or sriracha to your taste.
02 - Cook the frozen chicken tenders according to package instructions. If using an air fryer, cook for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
03 - In a bowl, combine lettuce, carrots, and cucumbers. Toss with half the dressing until coated.
04 - Spread dressing on each tortilla. Add 2 slices of provolone, 1 chopped bacon slice, a handful of salad, 2–3 chicken tenders, 3–4 pickle chips, and a sprinkle of green onions. Drizzle with more dressing.
05 - Optional: Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet. Place the wrap seam-side down and toast for 30–60 seconds per side until crispy and golden.

# Notes:

01 - Use whole wheat or low-carb wraps for a lighter option.
02 - Substitute provolone with your favorite cheese slices.
03 - Add avocado or tomatoes for extra flavor and texture.
04 - Great option for meal prepping lunches.
