Spicy Hot Honey Fried Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 1 cup (245g) buttermilk

→ Seasoned Flour

03 - 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
04 - 1 teaspoon paprika
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
07 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
08 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
09 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

→ For Cooking & Finishing

10 - Vegetable oil for frying
11 - ½ cup (170g) hot honey
12 - Parsley, chopped for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Soak shrimp in buttermilk for 15 minutes at room temperature.
02 - Mix flour with seasonings. Dredge marinated shrimp thoroughly.
03 - Cook in 350°F oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Work in batches.
04 - Drain on lined baking sheet. Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with parsley.
