→ Cooking and Topping

11 - Olive oil (1-2 tablespoons)
12 - Bacon slices (6, cooked)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, minced jalapeños, and garlic. Mash together with a fork or spatula until well combined. Set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, almond flour, minced onion, salt, pepper, and cumin until well combined.
03 - Place a parchment paper circle in the bottom of the burger press. Add turkey mixture to fill about half full. Use the press to create an indentation. Add cream cheese mixture without filling the indentation completely. Cover with more turkey mixture and seal the seams carefully.
04 - Divide turkey mixture into 6 portions. Form two-thirds of each portion into a patty with a well in the center. Fill the well with cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining turkey, sealing edges completely.
05 - Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush burgers with olive oil. Grill 7-8 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Can also pan-fry or air fry.
06 - Top with crispy bacon. Serve on lettuce wraps if desired.
