Cheesy Lasagna Garlic Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread Base

01 - 1 loaf Italian bread
02 - ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
03 - ½ cup (50g) parmesan cheese, grated
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt
05 - ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ Topping

06 - ½ pound ground beef
07 - 2 cups (514g) marinara sauce, divided
08 - 1 cup (113g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
09 - 1 cup (113g) sharp cheddar, shredded
10 - Parsley, chopped for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Split bread lengthwise. Mix butter, parmesan, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning.
02 - Cook ground beef until browned. Add 1 cup marinara sauce and simmer briefly.
03 - Spread bread with butter mixture. Top with meat mixture and cheeses.
04 - Bake 12-14 minutes until cheese melts. Broil 2-3 minutes until golden. Garnish with parsley.
