# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Semi-firm cheese cubes (cheddar, Gouda, or Havarti)
02 - Thick-sliced salami rounds
03 - Mini pickles (cornichons or dill pickles)
04 - Bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange)

→ Marinade Ingredients

05 - Olive oil
06 - White wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
07 - Garlic clove
08 - Black pepper
09 - Fresh parsley or dill
10 - Red pepper flakes (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the cheese into bite-sized cubes and the bell peppers into small pieces. If using larger pickles, slice them in half or quarters.
02 - In a large jar or container, layer the cheese cubes, salami slices, pickles, and bell peppers, alternating the layers for even distribution.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir in the chopped fresh herbs.
04 - Pour the marinade over the layered ingredients in the jar. Gently press down to ensure everything is coated evenly.
05 - Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
06 - Before serving, give the jar a gentle shake or stir. Serve directly from the jar with toothpicks or pour onto a platter for a colorful presentation.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crunch, add roasted almonds or walnuts just before serving.
02 - If the olive oil solidifies in the refrigerator, let the jar sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
03 - Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
