# Ingredients:

01 - Cooked chicken (1 cup, cubed)
02 - Cream of chicken soup (3/4 cup, most of a 10 3/4 oz can)
03 - Sour cream (1/4 cup, light is fine)
04 - Frozen mixed vegetables (1 cup)
05 - Poultry seasoning (1/4 teaspoon)
06 - Black pepper (1 pinch, about 1/8 teaspoon)

07 - Refrigerated crescent rolls (1 tube, 8 oz)

→ Optional Topping

08 - Shredded cheddar cheese (for optional cheese topping)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
02 - Thaw frozen vegetables completely (can defrost in microwave if desired).
03 - In a medium bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Stir in poultry seasoning and pepper. Mix in chicken and vegetables.
04 - Lightly flour work surface. Unroll crescent dough and pinch together diagonal lines. Cut into 8 squares.
05 - Spray 8 regular-size muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. Place a crescent square into each muffin cup, pressing so corners extend above the top. Spoon about 1/4 cup chicken mixture into each lined cup.
06 - Bake for 18-20 minutes until crescents are deep golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from muffin tin.
07 - For a cheesy touch, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and return to oven for 1-2 minutes to melt.
