Easy Mississippi Lil Smokies Appetizer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sausages and Sauce Base

01 - 28 ounces Lil Smokies cocktail sausages
02 - 12 ounces jarred beef gravy
03 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (not dip mix)

→ Peppers and Flavoring

04 - ½ cup pepperoncini peppers
05 - ¼ cup pepperoncini juice from jar

# Instructions:

01 - Place all the Lil Smokies sausages in your slow cooker.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together the beef gravy, ranch seasoning mix, and pepperoncini juice until well combined.
03 - Pour the sauce mixture over the sausages, then add the pepperoncini peppers on top. Give everything a good stir to coat evenly.
04 - Cover and cook on low setting for 4 hours until everything is hot and the flavors have melded together.
05 - Serve hot with toothpicks for easy grabbing at your party or gathering.

# Notes:

01 - You can turn this into a main dish by using sliced kielbasa instead of Lil Smokies
02 - Make sure to use ranch seasoning mix, not ranch dip mix which is much saltier
03 - Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or buttered noodles if using as a main dish
