Decadent Layered Breakfast Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - French bread (1 loaf, 16 ounces, cut into 1/4-inch cubes)
02 - Turkey (1/2 pound, cut into 1/4-inch cubes, approximately 1 1/2 cups)
03 - Ham (1/2 pound, cut into 1/4-inch cubes, approximately 1 1/2 cups)
04 - Swiss cheese (1 cup, shredded)
05 - Mild cheddar cheese (1 cup, shredded)
06 - Large eggs (12)
07 - Whole milk (2 cups)

→ Toppings

08 - Confectioners' sugar (for dusting)
09 - Raspberry preserves (for serving)

# Instructions:

01 - Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Add about half of the bread cubes to the bottom of the prepared dish. Top with half the turkey (about 3/4 cup), half the ham (about 3/4 cup), 1/2 cup of Swiss cheese, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
03 - Repeat the layers with the remaining bread, turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese.
04 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
05 - Pour the egg mixture over the bread, meat, and cheese layers. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or up to overnight.
06 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap and bake for 40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the casserole doesn't jiggle when moved.
07 - Let the casserole cool slightly. Dust with confectioners' sugar and serve warm with raspberry preserves.
