Baked Monte Cristo Puff Pastry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Pastry

01 - 1 box (2 sheets) frozen puff pastry, thawed according to package instructions
02 - 8 slices deli honey ham, divided
03 - 2 cups (226 g) mild cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
04 - 8 slices deli roasted turkey, divided
05 - 2 cups (226 g) Swiss cheese, shredded, divided
06 - 1 large egg, room temperature, beaten

→ For Serving

07 - confectioners' sugar, for dusting
08 - red raspberry preserves, for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Set out a baking sheet.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out each sheet of puff pastry to a 10x10-inch square. Cut each into 4 squares for a total of 8 squares (about 5x5 inches each).
