01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
03 - ½ cup sour cream
04 - 1 can Rotel green chilies with diced tomatoes, drained
05 - ½ cup chopped green peppers
06 - ½ cup diced onions
07 - 1 packet taco seasoning mix
08 - Crushed Doritos Nacho Cheese flavored
09 - 4 flour tortilla wraps
10 - Shredded lettuce for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
02 - Stir in the diced onions and chopped green peppers. Cook until softened. Add the taco seasoning and mix well.
03 - In a bowl, combine the nacho cheese sauce with the drained Rotel. Stir until smooth.
04 - Spread some of the cheese sauce mixture onto each tortilla. Top with the beef mixture, sour cream, crushed Doritos, and shredded lettuce.
05 - Roll up each tortilla tightly and toast in a clean skillet until the outside is golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
