Classic Homemade Breakfast Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - All-purpose flour (1 1/2 cups)
02 - Baking powder (3 1/2 teaspoons)
03 - White sugar (1 tablespoon)
04 - Salt (1/4 teaspoon, or more to taste)

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - Milk (1 1/4 cups)
06 - Butter, melted (3 tablespoons)
07 - Large egg (1)

# Instructions:

01 - Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
02 - Add milk, melted butter, and egg to the well in the center of the dry ingredients. Mix until the batter is smooth, being careful not to overmix.
03 - Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Ensure the surface is evenly heated.
04 - Pour or scoop approximately 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges become dry, about 2 to 3 minutes.
05 - Carefully flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
