Reuben Crescent Bake (Print Version)

01 - 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
02 - 1 pound deli corned beef, thinly sliced
03 - 1 cup sauerkraut, well drained
04 - 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
05 - 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
06 - 1 tablespoon caraway seeds (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
02 - Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles on a clean surface.
03 - On each triangle, layer a few slices of corned beef, a spoonful of sauerkraut, a sprinkle of shredded Swiss cheese, and caraway seeds if using.
04 - Drizzle a bit of Thousand Island dressing on top of each filled triangle.
05 - Carefully roll each triangle starting from the wide end, then place them seam-side down into the greased baking dish.
06 - Bake for 15–20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
07 - Serve hot, optionally with more Thousand Island dressing on the side.

01 - Make sure the sauerkraut is well drained to avoid soggy dough.
