                Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

                Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles on a clean surface.

                On each triangle, layer a few slices of corned beef, a spoonful of sauerkraut, a sprinkle of shredded Swiss cheese, and caraway seeds if using.

                Drizzle a bit of Thousand Island dressing on top of each filled triangle.

                Carefully roll each triangle starting from the wide end, then place them seam-side down into the greased baking dish.

                Bake for 15–20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and crispy.

                Serve hot, optionally with more Thousand Island dressing on the side.
