                Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Unroll and separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.

                Spread 1 tbsp Thousand Island dressing on each triangle. Layer with 1/2 oz corned beef, 1/2 oz Swiss cheese, and 2 tbsp sauerkraut. Roll up tightly from wide end.

                Place roll-ups on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 13-15 minutes until golden brown.

                Enjoy warm with extra dressing for dipping.
