Easy Reuben Crescent Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough & Spread

01 - 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8 count)
02 - 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing

→ Fillings

03 - 4 oz corned beef
04 - 4 oz Swiss cheese
05 - 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Unroll and separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
02 - Spread 1 tbsp Thousand Island dressing on each triangle. Layer with 1/2 oz corned beef, 1/2 oz Swiss cheese, and 2 tbsp sauerkraut. Roll up tightly from wide end.
03 - Place roll-ups on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 13-15 minutes until golden brown.
04 - Enjoy warm with extra dressing for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For crispier rolls, brush with melted butter before baking.
02 - Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven.
